Do you SHOW your husband that you respect him? I can't find it right now, but a while back I read that husbands know they are loved if you show that you respect them.

The definition of respect says this from dictionary.com:

to show regard or consideration for

One way I totally disrespect my husband is by not listening to him - either interrupting him, ignoring him or pretending that I'm listening when I'm really not.

Unfortunately, it seems to happen most when I get really busy. When I get busy he helps out around the house a ton - I repay his help by not listening to him. Not sure why I noticed this, but just thought I'd pass along the info - what can you do today to make your marriage stronger?
