Frugal Primal Diet

Today's random thoughts on being frugal and choosing a primal diet (kinda/sorta the name of the way I kinda/sorta eat...):

I say "I choose not to eat the bread" instead of "I can't eat that I'm on a diet."

I say "I choose not to spend my money because I have other priorities" instead of "I can't afford it, I'm too poor."
