Recipe - Roast Beef

Previously I had mentioned how to cook roast beef in aluminum foil. I found a different way to cook roast beef. It's pretty complicated though:
  1. Take roast out of the freezer.
  2. Put in Crock pot on high for a few hours.
  3. Turn down to low for a few hours.
Waaaaalaaaaaa!

Sometimes I add garlic powder and pepper. Make sure you pull it out when it's done or it could get dry (my crock pot is a newer crock pot and they tend to cook at a higher temperature). Oh how I loved my old crock pot. If only it hadn't cracked.

My crock pot takes 4 hours on high and 5 hours on low.

P.S. I've done the same thing with a pork shoulder before and it was DELICIOUS!
