Pork Shoulder

We bought a half of a pig a while back. I have been trying to figure out the best cut of meat to buy in order to get the most meat for your money.

Do you have any idea how much meat there is on a pork shoulder? A lot!!!

I cook it the same way I cook my roast beef.
  • Pull out of the freezer
  • Put it in the crock pot. 4 hours on high, 4 hours on low (sometimes a bit more...) Delicious!
