One of my favorite ways to serve vegetables!
- Heat oil in the pan (I've used butter, olive oil, bacon grease - now that I'm no longer afraid of good fats, I use a big blob) over low-medium heat
- Open bag of frozen vegetables (I use green beans as well as broccoli) and dump them in the pan.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Do NOT overcook them! They should definitely have some crunch.

Don't forget the minced garlic!! They go great with sauteed green beans! ;)
