My One Word...

I haven't looked on this website at all. However, our Pastor had a sermon about this and it really hit home. I think my 2010 non-resolutions would work out better for me if I chose one word that would help me in my life.

I've decided that my one word will be....

PAUSE


Imagine my life if I'd pause before speaking, pause before buying, pause before judging, pause before eating, pause before getting angry at the driver in front of me, pause to give thanks, pause to love, pause to XXXXXXXXXXXX....

P.S. It's "greatest tip" week at We are that Family so I'm reposting what has made the most impact on me this year. Now, if only I'd do it more often.
